Lisa Bishop is an Associate Lawyer at Campisi LLP, practicing exclusively in personal injury law. Since her call to the bar in 2015, Lisa has worked to help injured people and their loved ones obtain fair compensation from insurance companies and at fault parties at a small boutique law firm in Toronto that specialized in personal injury law.

She received her J.D. from the University of Windsor after completing her Bachelor of Arts at the University of Waterloo, in Legal Studies. While in law school, Lisa volunteered at Legal Assistance of Windsor and was part of community outreach groups to educate migrant workers of their rights under the Employment Standard Act and volunteered with victims of domestic abuse and substance abuse.

Over the past several years, Lisa has gained experience with Accident Benefits claims and understanding the Statutory Accident Benefits Schedule and the Insurance Act as well as associated guidelines. She also has experience representing clients in Tort claims as a result of motor vehicle accidents, as well as slip and fall incidents. Lisa understands that every client deserves respect, compassion and open communication. She makes every effort to understand the individual needs of her clients to better assist them with challenges they experience through their recovery process.

She has successfully appeared before Divisional Court, Superior Court of Justice, and Small Claims Court and well as the Financial Services Commission of Ontario, Licence Appeal Tribunal, Social Benefits Tribunal, Landlord Tenant Board and Criminal Injuries Compensation Board.

When not advocating for clients, she enjoys travelling, spending time with friends and family, swimming and hiking.
